Can you add X, Y, Z feature?
Sure thing if it seems interesting. I use this as a learning experience for myself so if its something interesting I don't mind spending weeks or months on end in return for little return ;)
How does the "REAL" vacuum option work?
There is no way to track every single person's vacuum... so instead, a realistic vacuum model is simulated and is made invisible. There are also a few tweaks such as the vacuum head being bound to the floor and delay in x-axis movement to simulate how heavy most real vacuums are.
What does the render distance do?
Helps with performance by limiting distance of objects displayed. Basically, I create a circle around you and the higher the distance the further you can render things.
